DISTANCE MANAGEMENT

A comprehensive analysis of hand on hip and hand on knee control. Mastering these primary anchor points allows students to dictate the range of engagement and neutralize defensive leg frames before initiating a pass.

📈

POSITIONAL HIERARCHY

Instruction centered on the Headquarters position and the Split Squat. Understanding how to isolate and bifurcate the lower limbs provides the foundational blueprint for high percentage passing at the professional level.

🚀

ADVANCED EXECUTION

Students developed a sophisticated competitive mindset, prioritizing the systematic breakdown of an opponent alignment. This methodology ensures maximum technical efficiency during high intensity positional exchanges.

CURRICULUM TAUGHT

Torreando Mechanics: Utilizing the bullfighter movement to create acute angles and bypass defensive frames while maintaining absolute structural control.
Shin Cut Variations: The execution of shin cuts to topspin and the switch side shin fold pass, providing a versatile array of threats against complex guards.
Structural Breakdown: Establishing dominance through grip denial and positional anchoring, ensuring the opponent alignment is broken prior to the pass.

THE ACADEMY STANDARD

The technical proficiency demonstrated during this camp is a testament to the community established by Professor Jihad Bekai since 2010. By integrating these elite passing systems, our members have cultivated a technically advanced competition game. Every detail shared by Josh Allsopp is now an integral component of the GFORCE academic curriculum, ensuring our academy continues to lead the development of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Melbourne.
