Rules

1. No shoes on mats
2. Correct uniforms are mandatory
3. Uniforms are to be worn correctly
4. Belts are to be tied correctly (check YouTube on how to tie the belt)
5. Different classes have different uniforms and requirements such as boxing gloves or mouthguards etc.
6. Shoes must be worn before using bathrooms (no shoes on mats)
7. No chewing gum or lollies
8. No FOOD or DRINKS 
9. No swearing
10. Coaches are addressed as “coach”

No shoes are allowed on any part of the mats.

Shoes must be worn when entering bathrooms

Mops have assigned use
