please note we are closed from december 19 to january 10 and on all public holidays throughout the year.
fixed membership
memberships cannot be suspended or cancelled between december 19 and january 10 as seasonal pricing factors this in.
flexible breaks
you are entitled to suspend your membership twice annually for a total duration of up to 4 weeks per year.
membership exit
you can cancel anytime with 1 months notice required plus any specific minimum terms you have previously agreed to.
