
Brown Belt Women’s Coach
Michelle Tran is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt and a dedicated instructor at GFORCE Mixed Martial Arts. She leads the gym’s women-only BJJ program, creating a strong and supportive environment where women of all backgrounds can learn, train, and grow together.
Michelle’s journey in BJJ began several years ago, and through consistent effort and a passion for the art, she earned her Brown Belt under GFORCE. Her classes focus on building technical skill, self-confidence, and community. She’s known for her approachable coaching style and her ability to empower students both on and off the mats.
In addition to teaching the women’s program, Michelle plays an active role in GFORCE’s kids’ classes, helping to shape the next generation with discipline, respect, and resilience.
Michelle’s leadership has inspired many women to take their first step into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you’re looking to compete, stay fit, or learn self-defense, her classes offer a welcoming space to challenge yourself and grow.
Empowerment & Technique with Coach Michelle
Michelle leads our Women's BJJ sessions, creating a supportive and comfortable environment for women to train together. These classes are designed to build confidence, fitness, and high-level grappling skills among a community of like-minded practitioners.
Training in the Gi allows for a deep understanding of leverage and technical control. Michelle focuses on smooth transitions, effective escapes, and the strategic application of BJJ, ensuring that technique always overcomes raw strength.
